We had a great time here, it totally exceeded our expectations. Some of the rooms were clean and neat. the price we paid was $937, which we found reasonable. the location of this place was fantastic, right in the heart of Jackson 🌟.

The hotel has a convenient store nearby which is helpful. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room works well. However, the bathroom has some issues with shower, sink and faucet, based on the previous reviews.
The staff's behavior and lack of customer service and empathy can be problematic for customers.

We loved the location of the hotel as we were able to easily travel around the city with public transportation. there were plenty of convenience stores within walking distance. We were kinda surprised by the cleanliness of the sheets. The staff were great to our needs, making sure that we had a comfortable stay.
Everything was spot on.
